SnapPalette is a python script designed for the analysis of color variations in snapdragon flowers (Antirrhinum). It quantifies different color metrics and saves the results in a CSV format. It woulduseful for analysing the colour of other organisms.

A standard pipeline for processing short-read sequencing data from Littorina snails V.1
